Excelsior Crossings occupies a prime 30-acre redevelopment site at the intersection of US Highway 169 and Excelsior Boulevard in Hopkins, MN. This three-phase project features three buildings, offering a total of approximately 700,000 square feet of premier Class A office space.
Phase I of the development, Building B, broke ground in March 2007 and was completed by summer 2008. The centerpiece of this phase is a seven-story building encompassing about 260,000 square feet. The initial two buildings are connected by a central link, which houses a full-service cafeteria with both indoor and outdoor seating options, creating a modern and amenity-rich environment for building occupants.
