Kelleher Construction and AVR collaborated to illustrate the long-term benefits and performance advantages of a concrete parking lot compared to asphalt. Although much of the property already featured concrete surfaces, the decision to upgrade the existing gravel area with concrete, rather than opting for asphalt, required careful consideration in a challenging economic environment.
