The project features a 64-foot-tall insulated concrete form (ICF) plant and a spacious 60′ x 140′ six-bay ICF garage, both designed with energy-efficient in-floor radiant heating systems. The site includes approximately 250,000 square feet of concrete pavement and is encircled by a decorative stained concrete bunker retaining and screen wall, encompassing the full 12.5-acre property.
