This project is one of many ICF buildings located in Fischer Marketplace. The best way to promote concrete is to use it in the same way that you would recommend it to a client. We promote ICF construction, so we require that the buildings located on our property be constructed with ICF forms and concrete parking lots.

AVR, Inc. supplied the concrete to Opus Construction Northwest on this project. This two-phased development is an extension of United Health Groups headquarters which is located in Minnetonka, MN directly north of the 10-acre project site. The ten story, 356,000 square-foot office building and adjacent 1,800-space parking structure comprise Phase I. Phase II will consist of a 300,000 square foot office building and second parking structure providing space for approximately 1,650 cars.

2007 Aggregate & Ready Mix Association of Minnesota Building Excellence Award winner. One good way to promote concrete is to use it in every way you can possibly imagine. When built, this project was the tallest ICF building in North America at 60’4” tall. The site also hosts a 8,400 square foot ICF constructed maintenance shop and approximately 160,000 square feet of concrete pavement and concrete bunker retaining/screen walls.

Stamped and colored concrete was used to beautify the driveway and sidewalk to the home, making it an eye-catching project in both design and color. The majority of the concrete was placed during hot and windy weather, making the intricate design and dark colors challenging.
