# United Health Groups Data Park Expansion

This two-phase development expands UnitedHealth Group’s headquarters in Minnetonka, MN, situated just north of the 10-acre project site. The centerpiece is a ten-story, 356,000-square-foot office tower, complemented by an adjacent parking structure with 1,800 spaces. Exterior features include black exposed aggregate sidewalks and patio areas, designed to harmonize with the building’s black precast façade. The project has achieved LEED Silver certification, reflecting a commitment to sustainable design and construction practices.
