This project marked CR Fischer & Sons’ introduction to pervious concrete installation. Over 300 feet of 8-foot-wide pervious walkway and bike path were constructed utilizing power buggies for placement and a roller screed for finishing. To optimize workability and extend finishing time, we incorporated viscosity-modifying and hydration-stabilizing admixtures into the mix. Additionally, French Grey integral color was selected to align with the design vision of the City of Edina, delivering both functional performance and aesthetic appeal.
