At the time of construction, this facility ranked among the tallest single-story Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) buildings in North America, standing at 64 feet 2 inches. Building ICF walls and columns to this height, with minimal or no external shoring, presented significant technical challenges. This project also marks our first implementation of a concrete wash water recycling system, positioning the plant to operate as a fully closed-loop facility. All generated waste will be recycled—either reincorporated into new concrete mixes or repurposed as recycled concrete base—advancing our commitment to sustainability and resource efficiency.
